Start with a refreshing **Grilled Watermelon Salad** featuring arugula, mint, pistachios, feta, and honey lime vinaigrette. The centerpiece is our **Hasty Bake Roasted Picanha Steak**, grilled and topped with fresh mint chimichurri. Your entrée is paired with **Fire Roasted Corn** with lime and cilantro, plus **Coal Roasted Sweet Potatoes** finished with maple, brown butter, herbs, and sea salt. Finish with our **Peaches and Cream Crème Brûlée**, made with vanilla bean custard and summer peaches. Limited quantity available. Reservations recommended.
