Grilled bacon wrap beef tenderloin with herb compound butter, veal demi glazed carrots with cumin and orange juice, smashed red skin potatoes with parmesan, butter, and garlic.
$28Every Thursday evening, begin dinner with a pecan-crusted chicken breast finished with maple molasses butter, paired with smashed red skin potatoes roasted with garlic, butter, and chive. On the side, enjoy seared haricot verts gently cooked with garlic, butter, and chardonnay. A bright kale citrus salad adds contrast with butternut squash, pomegranate, pecans, goat cheese, blood orange, dill, mint, and a maple Dijon vinaigrette.
